Prom Corsages - by Candlelight Floral

Greetings,

I want to extend my gratitude for your wonderful customer service at Candlelight Floral!

The night before prom, my son nervously informed me that he forgot to order a corsage for his date. I volunteered to help him and decided to do an internet search for a small, local floral shop. I did not have any previous experience with Candlelight Floral, but your website was helpful and I decided to call you first thing on Saturday morning (April 21). I'll admit, I was rather dreading making the phone call with such a short notice request. I was genuinely expecting to receive a flat-out "No!" or worse yet, having to settle for a thrown together arrangement. To my delight, the gentleman who answered the phone that day at Candlelight was pleasant, kind and reassuring that all was not lost at the last minute. He politely inquired about the dress color and we chatted about an example boutonniere on your website. He then told me the flowers would be ready that day by noon!

When I arrived to pick-up the prom flowers I was once again greeted by your super friendly staff. When I was shown the corsage and boutonniere I was blown away at how beautiful they were. The flowers were fresh, the colors were perfect and the design was spot on! Most importantly, my son Chandler and his prom date were proud to wear their floral bling. I have attached a photo of Chandler wearing his boutonniere and an up close photo of the corsage. His date was so pleased with it that she couldn't resist taking a picture of it herself.

Please extend my deepest appreciation and gratitude to your staff for a job well done from start to finish. Your outstanding service has made me a customer for life and I will definitely refer all of my friends and family to you as well.
